Supply of raw-material with thermal treatments

We offer our clients different thermal treatments for different alloys.
The raw material is supplied at any thermal treatment required by customer. Our heat-treatment processes are all documented and approved by certified aerospace labs.

Coated or Painted bars and profiles

BTI-2XL supplies aluminum profiles according to costumer-demands with required paints/coatings consistent with standards (RAL) or types of coating required: Alodine, Anodize in different colors.
All paint/coating treatments are all documented per international standards and approved by ROHS.

Supplying profiles with added machining

BTI-2XL offers its clients additional solutions, which consist of preliminary machining, prior to the production-line. Drilling, thread lockers, and helikol insertions are all part of our services.

Supply to customer per quantity and demand within time frame all over the world
