Aerospace Profiles

BTI-2XL provides aluminum aerospace- profiles manufactured by leading authorized Airbus & Boeing Manufacturers. We provide Aluminum profiles series: 2xxx & 7xxx, Titanium, Magnesium, Nickel-based alloys and Stainless Steel profiles. The profiles are shipped after having gone through required heat-treatments geometrical-tolerances, and are documented by the aerospace standards.

Commercial Graded Profiles

We specialize in manufacturing, marketing and production of engineered aluminum profiles. The company gives every client turnkey solutions from the sketch to final products. The company supplies commercial profiles of many types: Standard, Heat-Sinks, Communication Boxes, Modular, Formed Profiles, Profiles for the: Car industry, Cylinders, Air-Condition and Communication panels. Forgings

BTI-2XL provides forging solutions with a variety of alloys: Aluminum, Steels, Nickel-based alloys, Copper, Bronze and special-metals. The possible forging procedures can be performed in closed or open dies. We also specialize in providing forgings for dies.
Our forging solutions by aerospace standards are made by authorized aerospace manufacturers. Each product is delivered with full documentation of the manufacturing process.
