ACP 5080

ACP 5080 is a custom made cast aluminum plate manufactured using "cast block" technique. It is usually grinded from both sides to achieve higher tolerances. The plate has a unique grain structure, and can be machined pretty easily. Using a unique thermal treatment, the material becomes homogenous and stress-relieved, while maintaining dimensional stability.
